Hi!
I have small issue with this logic AND gate IC. I have a simple circuit where I check the output of Gate IC with LED. For Logic Level H at output LED is working fine. For Logic Level L led at output is not on.
There are two resistors at output to indicate H and L output. I have attached the image for the reference. Green LED which works with High output is working fine but Red LED has issue that it is not on.
Observations:
I have checked the voltage level at the LED, and it seems that there is not current sinking to the AND gate IC which is reason that LED is not on when output is LOW.
There is no voltage drop across the protection resistor.
