LSF0204D: What is the status of the LSF0204D when the EN pin is floating.

The EN pin of the LSF0204D is a standard CMOS input -- if it is floating, the state of the device is unknown and could likely be damaged due to overcurrent and oscillations caused by the floating input. Please see this application report for details: www.ti.com/.../scba004d.pdf
