At what voltage does the one shot trigger on the TXB0106.

in the current circuit, VCCB=3.3V and VCCA=1.8V

Hi Farshad,

The one shot triggers approximately about one half of the Vcc of the input voltage.
If the input is at Vccb, the one-shot tied to at the A port triggers at about 1/2VccB and vice-versa.

Yes, TXB0106 have the oneshot circuitry to detect both rising and falling edge.
