Is there diode in the SN74AVC16245 each ch IO pin?
If it is yes, please tell me the location and direction.
We are concerned about the leak voltage when device Vcc is not added.

Hello Sasaki-san,
The diode locations are indicated by the input and output clamp current ratings int he Absolute Maximum Ratings table.
The diodes are from each I/O pin to ground, with polarity as indicated above (if Vi < 0 or Vo < 0, the diodes can turn on)
These diodes are not connected to the supply of the device, and thus cannot cause back-powering of the Vcc pin from an I/O pin.
