CD4050B: CD4050BE - Possible Datasheet Discrepancy

Hello,

We have a customer who pointed out a possible datasheet discrepancy.

The device is the CD4050BE. Reviewing the present day datasheet, back to September, 2016, lists the Ioh output high current at measure voltage is listed at 1.3V.

Going back to the datasheet prior to that, the last one was August 2016, lists that Ioh value of 13V, with the remaining parameters in that field match the present day spec.

Could someone please look in to this and advise?

Hi Gabriel,
You are correct - this device should be outputting 13V, not 1.3V.

Thanks for pointing out the issue - I will add it to our errata list to fix.
