Hi, team.

Do you have a data of quiescent current by 3.3V of SN74LV123A-Q1?

There is only Max value by the 5.5V in a datasheet.

    The SN74LV123A-Q1 could draw up to 20uA across process/temp/voltage.

    I could go in the lab and test the device's power consumption under typical conditions (this would not be guaranteed by TI, information only). If you would like me to do this, please give me details on the device's operation in your application (input states, supply voltage, etc).

    I'd like to know the reference value of Iq by the following condition.

    Supply voltage: 3.3V
    All input pin's are GND.
    All output pin's are Floating.

    I have tested the device with the requested conditions (note that Rext/Cext must be left floating or tied to Vcc for this test).

    I found that the device uses approximately 250pA at 25C, as shown in this screenshot of the power supply:


    The spike at the start is when the supply is turned on.  This spike would be larger for a device connected to a capacitor, as the capacitor has to charge from the supply.
