SN74LVTH162373: SN74LVTH162373

Hi Krystal,

There is a small series resistor internally within the SN74LVTH162373 device which could cause the slow rise time.
What do you see as the rise time and what is the expectation?
I do not handle the IBIS model directly but you can post in the Spice models or webench forum about this.

The red one is the simulation of SN74LVTH162373 and Green is the simulation of SN74LVTH16373.

But if we simuate SN74LVTH162373 on 2.7V model then waveform is correct but on 3.3V model waveform stays low. Please confirm because i need to finalize my schematics and i am running out of time.

I believe this is an error in the model file and not a true representation of the device itself.
I will highlight this thread to the modeling team to take a look at it.

I tried simulating the file and I couldn't get both 2.8 or 3.3V simulation going.

So what do you suggest? Should  I use this buffer in my design or not? I need a transparent D type latch with hold functionality and series damipng resistors. Can you suggest me ibis model close to this part number.
