Hi Experts,

Is there any IBIS model for CD74HCT4538M96(IC MULTIVIBRATOR DUAL MON 16SOIC) available? Is pspice model of CD74HC4538-Q1 (Automotive Catalog High Speed CMOS Logic Dual Retriggerable

Hi Ashish,
We don't have simulation models for this device.

Any of the "CD74" devices available from TI were acquired from Harris Semiconductor and likely will never have simulation models. I would recommend prototyping with these devices (many, including the HC4538, are available in PDIP for very easy testing).

We don't currently have any PSpice models for monostable multivibrators -- these devices rely heavily on external components and thus are difficult to model accurately. I would also recommend prototyping for any of these.

Do you have any similar, equivalent model for "CD74HCT4538M96" - Multivibrator.

I require IBIS models for simulation.
