Hi Clive,
We don't provide radiation testing on commercial grade parts. This type of testing is only performed on military and space grade devices, due to the cost involved.

I will ask our high reliability group to comment in case they have anything to add.

Before purchasing around 3,000 parts for a specific application it would be great if you can maybe guide me or provide me estimates of radiation tolerances for these parts.

Hi Clive,

In general, radiation testing is not performed on commercial grade devices. The only time commercial devices are tested is when a radiation assured or tolerant version of that commercial device is being developed at which point a benchmark measurement is made before process and design tweaks are implemented to achieve the desired radiation performance. Such an endeavor is only possible with the necessary funding from a client. If this is something you want to potentially pursue I can refer you to our marketing team via email.
