In my device some is bi-direction and some is uni-direction. Both use LSF0108, will it OK?

CAN bus 2.5 --> 3.3V driver

Led 2.5 v --> 3.3 LED deivce

SPI 2.5v --> 3.3V

I2C 2.5V --> 3.3V.

What is drive current when uni-directional application?

I see your schematic -- it looks correct to me, but I can't tell what your intended signals are from the picture.

Hey Cannie,
I cannot see your LED in the schematic, so it's hard to say.

The lSF is _not_ an active driver, and will not add any drive strength to your device. If your goal is to drive an LED, I would recommend using something like an SN74LVC1G07 (open drain buffer) or SN74LVC1G06 (open drain inverter).
