SN74LV123A: output waveform

Hi, Team:

My customer meet a SN74LV123 application, base on the datasheet description,

when /CLR = HIGH, /A = Low, B = Rising edge, there are pulse at the /Q output. But from the below waveform, there are pulse no matter the rising or falling edge at the B input. This isn't aligned with the datasheet description.

Their schematic as below. Would you advice what is the possible root cause bring such issue? Thanks!

    Hi Andrew,
    There's a lot of noise on the signals there -- It's likely that the rising edge is noisy and is causing multiple triggers because of that.

    Can you zoom in on that falling edge and get us a clean view of it? From the scope shot above, I can't tell if the signal is monotonic.
