Hi there,
I would like to check with you on temperature or heat resistance for the repair with soldering iron for below parts.
For example, assurance of 260 degree Celcius for 10 sec.
The parts which I need information on this assurance is as below:
a). SN74AHC1G14DBVR
b). SN74CBTD3384DBQR
c). 74ACT16373DLR
I need this information as production site need to do touch up in case of any insufficient solder on the parts, please kindly advise urgently.
