SN74ABT541B: Output Pull-Up resistance

Hi,

is there a value for the internal output pull-up resistance given? Alternatively a graph for the Output-Voltage over Output-current.

I found the paper "designing with logic" from TI, there is output resistance Ro for the SN74ABT240 given with 29R. Is this comparable?

Hi Jan,
The ABT541B has the same output characteristics as the ABT240 -- they are built on the same technology and have identical dc electrical characteristics.
