    We do have some great alternative parts for these devices:

    Here is a non-leaded alternative to the FXMA108BQX - TXB0108 in the RGY package

    Here is a non-leaded alternative to the FXLP4555MPX - TXS4555 in the RGT package (this is pin to pin compatible as well)
