TXB0108: Data corruption in TXB0108 part

Hi,

I am using TXB0108 part for bi-directional level translation from 3.3V to 5V for a 12-bit data bus.

On the 3.3V side, i have a FPGA that drives the bus during Write operation and on the 5V side i have 3 ADCs, a DAC and a NVRAM.

I see that during all the write transactions, that the data lines are getting corrupted. wondering if this is due to capacitive loading on th 5V side?

Hi Bharathi,
Can you provide a scope shot of the input and output of the TXB?

I would guess that you are correct that it's capacitive loading on the 5V side that's causing issues, but it's hard to be certain without seeing a schematic, layout, and waveforms of the issue.
