We are not able to find on internet and TI site regarding IC 36P182AG3,RC165.(NUmber mentioned on IC).

  Please provide some additional information concerning this device.  Where did you find the numbers you provided (top or bottom or both?), and what is the grouping of the numbers?  A picture of the device would also be helpful.  

If you can find the package style from this page: http://www.ti.com/general/docs/topsidemarkingformats.tsp?actionPerformed=listPkgTopSideFormats&pkg=ABC , this could also be helpful.  

Do you have a schematic of where this device is used?
