Hi Team，

My customer are looking for a voltage shift part which has the TPLH less than 0.5ns.

Other specs as blow:

voltage shift:1.8 to 3.3V

translation speed: 50MHz

I have go through the TI.com and found there is no part witch has the max TPLH less than 0.5ns.

Can you help to recommend the part?

Hello Lacey,
As far as I know, there is no part in existence that meets that spec, at TI or at any of our competitors.

The fastest option I know of would be the SN74AXC1T45, which has a maximum delay of 4ns.

Hi Emrys,

I have found that the LSF0101 has the typical value which is less than 1ns.

Hey Lacey,
The LSF0101 won't be able to meet your expectation for up-translation. While the device adds less than 1ns of delay, it is a _passive_ translator, and the output signal will have a slow edge, with a much longer delay than 1ns.
