My customer use SN74LVC1G74 and would like to know if it have a fixed initial state?
We did not use CLR/PRE on the circuit.
We are facing a issue that each time the power on stats is different on Qout, please see below waveform.

Hi Patrick,
The output of a Flip-Flop is inherently unknown due to the structure of the device.
You can use the PRE or CLR pins to force an initial condition like this:
