about high speed XOR/AND gate

do we have high speed XOR/AND gate which could support >2GHz? I could not find one in the website. tks a lot!

Hi Vera,

No, logic only supports up to ~100 MHz in most cases, with some extremely fast devices reaching speeds of 250 MHz.

Can you tell me about the application that needs such fast logic?

customer want to use such fast comparator+ two clock generator which have different delay to get 500ps pulse width with 1MHz cycle.
