Could you please tell me the interchannel skew(e.g.: between "1A1 to 1Y1" and "1A2 to 1Y2") in the worst case ?

Hi Kato San,

The channel to channel skew is between the output channels and not from input to output.
between Y1 and Y2 , under the same loading conditions and inputs arriving at the same time, TI typically has measured ~300ps of skew and the max skew is ~1ns.

There is no data available in the datasheet about the skew spec, unfortunately.
