SN74ABT244A: Ioh vs Voh spec

Hi,

I found Voh spec when Ioh=-3mA in D/S, but I'd like to know Voh spec with lower Ioh condition.

Does someone have the Voh vs Ioh data with lower Ioh than -3mA ?

Thanks ,

Go

  • Hi Go,

This is something you can estimate by calculating the output impedance. I assume you are looking at VCC of 5V so I will use this in my example. To find Zout you want to use the equation Zout = (VCC-VOH)/IOH. This would equal: (5V - 3V)/ 3mA = ~667 ohms. You then take that number and work backwards to get the VOH of the desired IOH. i.e VOH = VCC - 667 ohms X new IOH. This should give you a reasonable estimate.
