Hi Team,

My customer has a question about TXS0104E：

What's the input threshold to rigger one-shot? Like below picture, what's the V1(Blue) voltage typical threshold?

Hi Lilian,

The threshold of the O.S circuitry is Vcc/2; where the Vcc is referring to the Vcc of the input port.
One shots are active for about ~10ns or 95% of the output whichever occurs first before it times out. Thanks!

My customer also want to know if the temperature(-40~125) will affect the threshold voltage for the one shot?

Hi Lilian,

The threshold will vary slightly over the temperature range. It will still be fairly close to 1/2 VCC.
