Hi Philip,

The 50Mhz depends on the the operating voltage, output loading among other things.
Lowering the output loading as much as possible will help in acheiving the data rate as high as 70Mhz.

it`s a load board application for 1.2v/0v ,Cload 100pF ,.

Hi Philip,

Page 6 of the datasheet, timing requirements section 6.6 indicates the max data rate supported.
for CL of 100pF and 1.2V signal it can support a min guaranteed speed of 70Mbps.
