Hi Mahendra,
The SN74AHC132 has identical output characteristics to the SN74AHC02, which has an IBIS model available here: www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware

Hi Mahendra,

We need SPICE Models (TINA) for 74HCT123 and 74HC165.

IBIS Models are not required as of now.

Hi Hrushikesh,
I'm afraid that we don't currently have models for the SN74HCT123 or the SN74HC165 for Tina.

I would recommend prototyping rather than simulation for the SN74HCT123 regardless - the device's operation is heavily dependent upon external components and their properties, and the only way to get good data is to build the circuit and test directly.
