TXS0108E: Operation Temperture Range

Dear  E2E:

I Download TXS0108E Datsheet , the Operating free-air temperature:  –40~125 °C
but i  check the temperturen range on TI.COM;  I found the operation temperture change to –40~85 °C.
i was a little confused whick value is right. and i want my package is 20BGA MICROSTAR JUNIOR.


By the way: if txs0108e was not suitable, can you help me introduce the right part number.
parameter: 8ch, the max.operation temperture above 105 °C, and the package size below 8 mm2.

    would you please let me know :
    1) translation requirements
    2) interface being used

    There is a new part we recently released called the SN74AXC8T245 which may be able to replace the TXS device. this is 125C qualified and supports push-pull interface architecture.

    The BGA part is not 125C qualified but 85C.
