SN74LV123A-Q1: AEC-Q100 qualification statement

Team,

My customer wants to use SN74LV123A-Q1. They (and I) know that the Q1 extension means “AEC-Q100”.
However, other than with several other TI datasheets, the SN74LV123A-Q1 datasheet does not explicitly mention “AEC-Q100”. This is a problem for them to add the device to their library.

Do you have a document where “AEC-Q100” is explicitly stated for this device?

Hello,

The SN74LV123A-Q1 is Qualified using the requirements in AEC 100. Although there is no mention of this on the datasheet, here is a TI webpage that mentions that "TI's Q1 products are Qualified using the requirements in AEC 100". www.ti.com/.../gencontent.tsp
We do plan on updating TI's datasheets, however this will not be in the near future .
