1. Trying to buil a "package" for the SN74AVC2&245 using Eagle layout (CadSoft) though I'm not sure which dimensions to use:
A. Page 13 of 15 of the specsheet lists what appears to be the dimensions of the chip itself: L = 1.85 mm, W = 1.45 mm, pin width = .25 mm????
B. Page 14 of 15 of the specsheet lists what appears to be the dimensions of the land ie "package" L = 2.6 mm, W = 2.2 mm, pad with = .2 mm???
Why does the pin appear to be wider than the pad?
Please foward me the correct pin size / pad size info.
2. Can OE be permanantly tied to ground?
