Hi team, 

trying to find compatible parts for TC7W74FU with consumption max at 25 degC is 2uA ICC

we tried to propose SN74LVC2G74, but the DS max consumption is 10uA.

does TI have similar parts with lower consumption? or what's our max at 25degC?

    Hi John,
    It's very common to see typical Icc less than 1uA, however I can only guarantee what's in the datasheet.

    You could look at the SN74AUP1G74 -- it is pin-to-pin compatible with the SN74LVC2G74, however it does not have the same voltage range. It will support 0.8 to 3.6V, and has a maximum Icc of 0.5uA.
