Hi Experts,
Our customer is interested in TXS0102YZPR, therefore, customer plans to use it on the next project.
However, according to datasheet, there is no DSBGA package information (Package Outline/size, LAND PATTERN EXAMPLE, SOLDER PASTE EXAMPLE )
Customer will request 3rd party to use this device, in this case, customer needs to send this official package information (pdf file) to 3rd party.
Could you share this (pdf file) with us, please?
I also checked the following Package Information, however, there were not “D” and “E” length definitions in this document.
