SN74LS06: Some questions

Part Number: SN74LS06

Hi Team,

My customers have some questions.

· Please provide SPICE model, I do not want to be a BAIS model.

· What is the difference between SN74LS06N and SN74LS06NE4?

· I know that there are two A / Ts, is there one wafer process?

· When the input was slowly raised from 0 V to 5 V, the intermediate potential of 0.8 V to 2 V was output linearly, is this operation normal?

Best Regards,

Kenji

  • Hi Kenji,

    Please see responses in red.

    · Please provide SPICE model, I do not want to be a BAIS model.

We don't have a SPICE model for this device since it uses BJT technology.

    · What is the difference between SN74LS06N and SN74LS06NE4?

There are no differences. Historically, G4 and E4 suffixes meant that the devices were rated to be “Green” or “Lead Free.” However, as time has passed, all devices have been pushed to these new “Green” or “Lead Free” standards, but the specific part orderables have remained available so that customers have had a consistent orderable part number.

    · I know that there are two A / Ts, is there one wafer process?

    Yes

    · When the input was slowly raised from 0 V to 5 V, the intermediate potential of 0.8 V to 2 V was output linearly, is this operation normal?

Could I get a scope shot of this to help me see what you are talking about. Also a schematic would help.
