Hi,

If I do not connect input pin and leave it Hi-Z, what will be the output pin voltage? On the other hand, does the input pin have any internal pull up or pull down resistor?

Hi Serhat,

Don't leave the input pin floating, there aren't any internal pull-ups or pull-downs. The voltage can float up to 1/2 Vcc causing the CMOS circuitry to be switched on causing a huge increase in current consumption.
