Dear Team, 

I have checked already. Currently, there is no Pspice or LTspice model for SN74LVC1G123, which is not convenient to do a simulation. May I know when there will have those model? Thank you :)

    Hello Khai,
    We are still working on creating models for this device (along with about 2500 other logic devices). I would expect to see the first releases for these models to our website later this year, however since the SN74LVC1G123 is such a complex device, the model for it will likely be released later.

    I would recommend testing this device in the lab rather than in simulation, especially considering how reliant it is on external components for timing.
