As title, I would like to double check with you.

Below is function table for 1G139, but I am looking for "when A,B are both high, Y0 Y1 Y2 Y3 are L L L H".

Did we have suitable part can be used?

    Hi Ben,
    I don't know of any other device like the SN74LVC1G139 (2:4 decoder). I would recommend adding a hex inverter (SN74HC04) to invert the outputs.

    Do you know what this device is being used for? Decoders are most commonly used for chip select circuits, and those are typically active low.
