Hi Sir,

If SN74AVC4T774 VCCB=1.8V (on) and VCCA=0V(off), and there is some input voltage in B1/2/3/4 is there any possible to have leakage current from B1/2/3/4 to A1/2/3/4?

    Hi Anne,

    The device supports Ioff, hence the IO ports can have signals when either one of the supply is off (IO ports are in Hi-Z)without concerns for leakage from the IO ports into the supply or to the other ports.

    The electrical spec in the datasheet page 8 indicates the Ioff current and the test conditions associated to confirm your use case.
