SN74LVC1G97: specs over temp

Part Number: SN74LVC1G97

Team,

My customer has the following question:

I have a question about the operation of SN74LVC1G97Q1 at temperature. I am using this part powered by a 5V supply. Our temperature range is -40C to 125C. I am interested in the Vih, Vol, Voh, and Vol parameters. The datasheet only specifies these parameters at 25C. How much can these parameters change throughout our temperature range?

Can you point us in the right direction?

Regards,

Aaron

  • Hi Aaron,

This part has Schmitt-trigger inputs, so instead of VIH look at VT+ (max)  and instead of VIL look at VT-(min).  Just below those two in the electrical characteristics table, there are also VOH and VOL values that are guaranteed across temperature.  The datasheet does not list any typical values for these specs, only min and max. All of this information is found in the Electrical Characteristics table on page 5 of the datasheet.  Please let me know if you have any trouble finding these or have any further questions.
