SN74LVTH16244A: SN74LVTH16244A input with noise , the noise of pulse width is 15ns.did the output of SN74LVTH16244A can respond?

The max VIL for this device is .8V. The amplitude of the noise is roughly 200mV less than that so it won't affect the output.

The max VIL is a spec that guarantees if you stay under it that you will always have a LOW input. Going above it slightly doesn't necessarily mean its going to be interpreted as a High at that point, we just can't guarantee that it will be low. With that said:

1. At .8V you are still ok.
2. At .9V its not guaranteed but most likely still interpreted as a Low (even with the short pulse width)
