LM567C: Which reference design suit to me?

Dear All

In the LM567C datasheet, there are some reference design in 15~17 page, but I can't find which is suit to me. I want to detect the 40KHz carrier. Could you please show me the reference design ? Thanks a lot.

I can't understand,the section 11.2.1 is Touch-Tone Decoder. In your opinion, I use one part ,yes?
