SN74GTL2003: SN74GTL2003 between LVCMOS18(1.8V LVCMOS18) and 3.3V LVTTL(output)

Hi there,

I want to translate from LVCMOS18(FPGA,1.8V) to LVTTL with SN74GTL2003RKSR.

I have some questions about this.

1.

So, I connected FPGA LVCMOS18 ports with Source of SN74GTL2003. And also connected 3.3 LVTTL Ports drain of SN74GTL2003.

does SN74GTL2003 support LVCMOS18?? Is this correct connection?

2.

 If I want to set LVCMOS18 port(source of SN74GTL2003RKSR) as unidirectional Inputs, do I have to connect pull-up resistors with Drain(LVTTL 3.3V, Unidirectional Outputs)?

And If I want to set LVCMOS18 port(source of SN74GTL2003RKSR) as unidirectional outputs, do not I need Pull-up resistors with Drain sides??

Is that Correct?
