Hello team

 I have question about the output current. From the datasheet , we see the current is 6mA driver at 6mA. Is the value is max or typical? if the output current is 8mA each channel, does have some risk about it? Thanks

    Hi Xiao,

    Technically, its neither. It's a test condition. If all 8 channels are outputting 8 mA the risk is you are getting close to the abs max value for current through VCC. Another risk is having to low of voltage for your High output. The more current you source the lower the output voltage is.
