I am using the RKS package which has a thermal pad. Is the thermal pad tied to a voltage inside the package? For example is the pad tied to the ground? We have a thermal plane that is not grounded and I would like to tie it to that but can use a ground if it is tied internally. The data sheet is not clear on this point.
