My customer are evaluating the SN74LVTH16244 and he want to know if there is some limitations in the specs showed in datasheet.

For the tw,tsu and th in the datasheet, what's the limitation for this time?

The drawing you have here is a generic template showing the definitions of different terms. There are more detailed defintions located here: Understanding and Interpreting Standard-Logic Data Sheets

The specifications for timing of the SN74LVTH16244 are located in the switching characteristics table:

For example, you are asking about tw, tsu, and th. These are pulse duration, setup time, and hold time, respectively. These all are specs for clocked devices, which the SN74LVTH16244 is not.
