Hi Kevin,

Please provide more details on the voltage requirements, what is the loading on the IOs? do you also need voltage level translation with it?

Thanks for quick reply.
The voltage requirement is 3.3-3.3. Didn't need level shift.
The loading will be very small, because it is for signal.
How can I search the TI's profolio which components can support "bi-directional buffer can support JTAG signal and frequency is around 25MHz~30MHz"?

Kevin,

I would suggest using SN74AXC8T245 or the SN74AVC4T774. This supports bidirectional buffering through the DIR control pins which can either be tied to gnd or Vcca as required to maintain the signal direction.

The Vcca and Vccb can both remain at 3.3V since it doesnt require translation.
