Hi,

We are using TXB0104PWR in our design for translating signals from 3.3V to 5V. It includes a clock signal also. we may tune the frequency of the clock upto 50MHz.

So, I would like to know whether TXB0104PWR can be used for translating 50MHz signal or not.

If not, What could be the maximum frequency that it can support.

    Hi Rohini, in the datasheet TI state the following:

    So for a the 10ns minimum pulse duration, the period would be 20ns, so I would say the maximum frequency for the input signals would be 50Mhz, which means you would be operating in the basolut maximum limit, which might not be advisable.

    We are using a TXB0108 to translate 20Mhz signals and it works perfectly fine.
