The junction-to-case thermal resistance (deg C/W) (the data sheet only supplied Theta_jc,top but I need theta_jc,bottom)
The junction limit, Tj (deg C)

Hello Alexa,

I'm afraid that the values in the datasheet are all that we test/calculate for logic devices. The only time R_θJC(bot) is provided is when there is a thermal pad on the bottom of a device. Otherwise, R_θJB is used. There's an application report that goes into more detail about each thermal metric here: Semiconductor and IC Package Thermal Metrics

The maximum junction temperature is 150C for this device (as explained in this post: [FAQ] What is the maximum junction temperature (TJMAX) for a device? )
