Dear TI team:

I have doubt about the ICC, my customer is doing  low/high temperature test, and found ICC is 0.4mA, datasheet shows it shoule be 0.2mA at 25°。

So my question is what is the desired Icc in low/high temperature test?

Pls help to advise. Thanks.

Test condition: put the IC in a chamber for 30 min, VCC 5.5V,Vin 5.5V, read the value of Icc

High temperature: 125°

Low temperature: -55°

    Can you provide me with all the conditions for the test?
    Are signals driven during this test? If so, what frequency.
    What levels are signals driven to on each pin?
    Do you have schematic of connections?
