SMV512K32-SP: RHA Release

Hello team,

The datasheet for the SMV512K32HFG-SP states TID immunity greater than 300kRad and footnote (1) on page one says that RLAT data is available but there is no RHA part number listed. Is there a planned RHA release?

I'm confirming if this device has RLAT, and, if so, why there isn't an RHA version. I'll let you know as soon as I know.

Hi Alex,

There is no plan to release a RHA version of the device. The reference to RLAT in the datasheet only refers to the initial radiation testing. Radiation testing is not performed on every lot.
