SN74AUP3G34DC - Please let me know whether the stated part number is with push pull configuration output? If so i can Pull_Up and Pull-Down output signals ?

To determine if a part is push-pull or open-drain, you can refer to the electrical characteristics table:
The important things to notice here are:
(1) The device has both V_OH and V_OL specs - usually indicating a push-pull output architecture. Some open-drain devices do spec V_OH though, so you need to look a little deeper.
(2) The device is rated to source 4 mA (I_OH = -4 mA) and sink 4 mA (I_OL = 4 mA), which _definitely_ indicates this device has push-pull outputs.
