Hello,

i got a couple of questions regarding the device sheet.

6.3 Recommended Operating Conditions: Delta_t /Delta_v a the Input is 10ns/V
1. Does this mean, that the Output can't follow the Input rising anymore?
9.2.3 Application Curve : Is this the frequency behaviour for single frequencies?
1. Because when I got a 40 MHz digital Signal, then 100 MHz wouldn't be enough for the switching Speed I suppose

There is an application report that explains the issues associated with slow inputs to CMOS devices located here: Implications of Slow or Floating CMOS Inputs

I'm not sure what your second question means. A 40 MHz input to a buffer will result in a 40 MHz output. A 100 MHz input will have a 100 MHz output.
