TXB0104: Output logic levels

My customer is looking to use the TXB0104 to drive an input that has 50uA of leakage.  Vccb is 1.8V.  We spec our output logic levels with 20uA Iol.  What will be the expected output logic level at 50uA?

    Hi Dan,

    Since it is a little more than double the value we have spec'd it most likely not go lower than VCCB - .5. They may not even see it get that low since we include margin in the datasheet. Since it's not in the datasheet I can't really guarantee it.
