Hi,
I am looking for an IBIS model for 8-Bit Shift Registers With Output Registers (P/N :SN74HC594) to perform SI simulations. Please provide the IBIS model. If you any alternate model also please let me know.

    Hi Ashish,

    We currently do not have an IBIS model for the SN74HC594 nor do we have an alternate model. We are currently working on an alternate model however, we don't expect that to be completed before the end of the year.

    We do have an IBIS model for the SN74HC595B. It is also an 8 bit shift register but has a three state output. Being in the same family, they perform very similarly.sclm118 (1).zip
